There are six tastes in teaching. They are,

It is better to have all of these in your meal at least once a day.

Another thing is to use a tongue scraper. You may feel doubtful how this can heal you. But it is a must to clean your tongue very thoroughly because you have to wipe out the toxins in there. Also, if it is not cleaned, you cannot taste the food enough, and you may need more salt, sweets, as well as other meals.

Take one or two tablespoons of coconut oil you use in the kitchen and put it into the mouth. Keep it for about fifteen minutes swishing and spit out.
